Not really - its not about being accurate to count/measure


you can easily cut 500 calories a day....lets say you drink 2 coke cans and eat a bag of chips a day - stop eating that every day and that's 500 calories - you go by whats printed on the product.....obviously you cant control your intake exactly from day to day down to the calorie, but if you can get into the habit of eliminating 500 calories a day you will shed the pounds...

Also if you can exercise and burn 500 calories (based on the standard burn of weight and cardio) and not consume more calories you will lose weight...
