I didnt say it was gospel. I said if everyone lived by it we would be a


whole lot healthier. That means I wouldnt be eating a lot of saturated fat, sugar and alcohol.

The truth is most overweight americans eat way too much saturated fat and eat way too much sugar.

I would be very interested in the science that states I can eat as much as I want. When you get a chance, please link it (Im not being snarky... I actually would like to undestand the science behind it).
