McCormack's is surviving by a very patient landlord that knows the mall is


transitioning and there's no way to pay rent with current revenue. Hope is that the new renovations turn it around. As of now the food court and Sephora are keeping the place from being completely empty (aside from the mall-walkers). Even JC Penney was fairly dead over the holidays. I'm tempted to ask the clerk at Spencers when is the last time they've sold anything.
