Been reading up on Napoleon...one of his greatest strengths was he was a


World class administrator. Yes a great tactician and motivator, but he left a lot of the details of the fight to his marshalls. He raised his armies then got them where he wanted them faster than anyone thought he could, and the rest is history.

I don’t mean to be hyperbolic, but my point is without the wonkiness on the organizational side, Bronco wouldn’t be the program builder he clearly is. I don’t think those attributes make him an elite recruiter or rah-rah type motivator (though I think the culture he’s established does that on its own). But those attributes make him good at turning a ruined program into a contender, with a rock solid foundation
