I disagreed with Sherman's hypothesis a bit

The takeaway for me isn't small ball, it's versatility.

Our strength was our versatility. We were able to go big with Salt and Diakite. Or one of the two plus Huff.

We were able to slide Dre to the 4 and get more scoring and not lose much defensive punch.

We were able to insert Braxton if rebounding was an issue (like1H v Auburn).

So it seems to me the key is having a lot of really good and interchangeable pieces. Plus two upperclass guards who can light it up from downtown and score off the dribble.

Easy peezy.
