I don't see that before Summer of 2020, if then.

The match today with TSK will show a lot. We all know that TSK was an NCAA Singles Champ, and he's had a tough time getting to #200.

I think sometimes our passion for following former Hoo players leads us to believe they're easily going to get to top 100 or higher.

It's not easy.

Only player to do it in recent years is Danielle Collins, who at one time rose to #23, the highest any Hoo has ever attained. Of course it's even tougher for the men too. I think Somdev got as high as #44. A former men's Hoo player getting to top 100 is rare. I think there have only been two.

I'm not saying he won't be a pro at some point, top 100 or not, but he already made the decision to go to college, and it's very unusual for a guy to do that and then go pro in the first year, when so far he hasn't really won anything very big. I think he's currently in the 700s in ATP rankings.

NOT MEANT to trash Brandon at all, but he has a good way to go.
