Nice writeup - BTW - at least McIntire had Marchant calculators to help the


SEAS students with fitting a line to random data (theory of least squares). Hard to imagine today that we were around at the start of the computer age. Had to learn to program punch cards in Basic in grad business school in 1967, too bad I couldn't see the impact of it all then. Neighbor down the street in C'ville and one year behind me in SEAS did and got into that business early - now has a 79' ocean going yacht with a full time crew.
