Where do you think Perkins ranks with the all-time great QBs at UVA?

I think Shawn Moore would be #1. #2 is where things get murky. I don't think Perkins is one of the best three passers in UVA history. But when you add in his running, and how our team's record turned around the last two years, and going to the Orange Bowl, you could make an argument that he's #2 on the list of all-time greats. Perkins finished his career with 7,910 total yards -- surpassing Shawn Moore, who finished with 7,897 yards in 38 games over his four-year UVA career. His 6,218 career passing yards and 47 passing touchdowns both rank third on the school's all-time list, while his 17 career wins are tied for second-most with Matt Schaub among UVA quarterbacks.

Perkins was a second-team all-ACC selection this year. Which of our QBs have been first or second-team all-ACC throughout our history?

You could also make a case for Schaub being #2. He was the 2002 ACC Player of the Year. Here's what Wikipedia has to say about him:
Schaub finished his college career with at least 22 school records. He played in a record 40 games at the quarterback position and finished his career as one of the most accurate passers in Atlantic Coast Conference history (.670 career completion percentage). His Virginia statistics included school career records for yards passing (7,502), touchdown passes (56), completions (716), attempts (1,069), completion percentage (.670), 300-yard games (8), and 200-yard games (20).
