Glad to hear you and Hooru amhave both recovered. Getting old is not for

thre faint of heart.

I have a tricky back so I warm up 30 to 45 minutes before playing. Serving is the most risky so I warm up with lob serves to the other baseline and gradually ramp up from there. Don't go 100% until well into my match.
