I coach and play


Hey man. I am faster at 48 than high school.

1. Heavy weights in legs and posterior chain. No sprinter is skinny now.

2. Run on slight down hill grade.

3. Parachute run

4. Learn to run. I fixed my speed for soccer and football in county baseball summer after I graduated and had an infield single.

5. Run through the objective not to

6. A solid sprint regimen.

7. Mindset to be faster than the bad guy.

8. Hold defender arm down and pull Jersey.
