Absolutely, but again if your motivated, most work


I bought almost 10 years ago. There were 10 disks, and ultimately settled in on a cycle of ,5 of them that I liked.

The plyometric disk was a cardio killer. And plyo in general, just hits every muscle you got, from your toes to your core. Unfortunately, a few year ago, the arthritis in my hips just limited my ability to do that, but prior to then my legs were in the best shape in my life.

I still use the other disks on occasion, moreso now that the gym is closed
