Depends what you want out of it.


If you're just trying to "get in shape", yeah it works. My friend (and roommate at the time) did it and he definitely got pretty shredded.

It's not gonna make you a power lifter, but if you just want to lose weight and/or tone up then yeah, it works.

I hate working out at home though, so it's of no interest to me. I'd also rather just lift then do that type of work out. Although at this point I wish this lingering illness I've had for 3-4 works would go away so I could at least do some basic workouts at home and attempt to go for a run.
