Carl's post grad scholarship is only for $6,000, so my point

above about freeing up tennis scholarship dollars is mostly wrong. I had thought it was a full scholarship to attend grad school for a year. Since UVA/VAF is apparently not providing any extra scholarship dollars for returning seniors in all spring sports, even though it is allowed by the NCAA Since Carl's remaining OOS cost will be around $59+-K, unless Pedroso uses close to a full schollie on Carl, leaving only approximately 3.5 schollies for the rest of the team including the 3 recruits, who are all Foreign/OOS with a cost of $65+-K each . Upon further reflection I doubt Carl will return. I suppose the one perhaps good thing is that there is no pro tour for him to play as of now, although I predict that will change in month or so.
