I'm sure when he reclassed to 2020, he and his family/advisors probably began to discuss a price tag that they want teams to meet. I'd imagine that they have floated that number. With the COVID shutdown, teams may not be willing to meet that number. We will see.

MLB pipeline did note that scouts have seen Bitsko, but were planning to bear down on scouting him this spring. I think, if he were to drop, it would be due to scouts and GMs not having seen him throw. Some front offices want to lay eyes on a first rounder before pulling the trigger. Since he was a 2021 until he reclassed, he wasn't really a scouting focal point, as they thought they'd have another year to scout.
