Here is where I disagree with you. I think it will be a Top Down meaning


Masters Programs in many fields will move to more of a hybrid model or offered elsewhere and then it will trickle down.

There was a survey done I think of Penn or Princeton a few years back asking if students would like online programs and they didnt have to go to schools. Many answered no because they wanted to get away from home. But even more answered yes when told their school would restrict what websites they could browse while in class.
