Completely agree with PK. We've seen this same technophile prediction ...
with MOOCs and it fell flat. As the head of UVa's MOOC program asked at a "More than the Score" presentation before a football game, "Would you want to be treated by a doctor who was taught totally on-line?" I'll add, "Would you like to drive across a bridge designed by an engineer who was trained totally on-line?" Even today's students (I have one, too) don't like the idea of being totally on-line.
