They can want to do it all they want. The problem is the students don't ..


want to be 100% on-line. Plenty of supply is usually thwarted by lack of demand. Even consider the people who do get on-line degrees. How many of them if they had the time and didn't have to work would rather be on-campus. That's the sitution of a recent high school graduate.
