Because Key was just as highly ranked as those other guys, but transferred in like Sam did.

Also, he was highly rated and made a huge impact on the national championship team. Any discussion of comparing this year's team (with its # of highly rated recruits) to the national championship team would include Key.

One could say that Trey Murphy would kind of be the eventual Key replacement (I know, very different style of play, but a similarly strong transfer in that should make a big impact for us).
