Short answer: anything you would normally fry in oil.

That includes frozen, breaded stuff. Same cooking time (maybe a minute extra, depending on what it is) as what is recommended for deep-frying.

I just made parmesan-encrusted chicken tenders a couple nights ago. Killer and little-kid-approved.

The only drawback is you may have to cook in batches, so time and timing could be an issue.

My wife made banana bread.....I wouldn't recommended it for baking. :-/
