Interesting. My gut feeling is that any of them that rely on players who


will need to travel to the team's home geographic footprint, and therefore rely on host families as well, will not play. But the ones that are primarily local/regional where players can live at home will play unless they are prohibited by state or local law.

I'm really broken up by the proposal you posted from the Power 5 above. With the Cape, New England, and Cal Ripken Leagues not playing this summer, and summer collegiate ball possibly going the way of the dodo, this has me bummed out beyond belief. I can deal with a year of no baseball. It will suck, but I can deal with it. But too many fault lines are appearing, and it looks like a lot of the baseball landscape is going to be swallowed up...
