If the season gets to that point, that means there must

have been practices, etc. So I don't know why you would separate your own team in the stands, when those same players have been in close contact with their teammates in the locker room and practices, etc.

While I understand social distancing, if sports starts back up, social distancing of players seems completely impractical. Practice time, locker room, etc is going to have teammates in close proximity.

Any player that is going to see any game time is going to see close intimate contact with their own teammates and opposing players on the court as well as practices. Seems to me putting some bench players in the stands is totally worthless at that point.
