Well, how do you account for testing sites in AL and GA that are wide open


and NO ONE IS GOING? Can't test people who don't think they need testing. In fact, that suggests no one thinks they are sick. That's a POSITIVE associated with your "lack of testing" stat. There is no shortage of tests in those two states that I'm aware of.

a better stat would be tests requested that couldn't be performed.
