OK here you go....


1) Go to verizonwireless.com and login. Do this from a desktop or laptop, it doesn't work right from the mobile version.

2) You should see the Welcome screen at this point. Hover over the Welcome menu on the top right and click "Text Online".

3) Click on Message+. Then select the web app version. (this is actually a little different than it used to be, but it's working for me still).

4) You should then see all of your text messages on your screen, with the ability to select text messages based on the #/name and search, etc. You can delete messages en masse or individually. You can also click the 3 dots on the right and export messages so you can truly save them off app.
