Depends in part on testing technology development


FDA has now given private industry the go ahead to develop an inhome/on the spot instant test (query why this decision wasn't taken 5 months ago), so its concievable that someone comes out with a commercial version of such a test by mid September - then, assuming cost is reasonable and they can be mass produced, football becomes easy - just test everyone (players, coaches, officials, TV crews) before each game. Won't be cheap, but better than alternative of no football.
