Maybe Sebastian Korda will be the guy who makes it to the top.

Great bloodlines with a Dad (Peter) who won a slam and made it to finals in another. Young (only 20) and athletic and 6-5, so has the power to hold serve at a very high rate. Anyone who makes to the 16's on the Roland Garros clay at age 20 has got enough game to do even better. As for the other guys maybe Opelka and Fritz can get to the top 25, but I do not see anything better than that for them.

As for the women I do not think they did all that well on the red clay, but they do have more players with top 10 potential and 2/3 (I think ) already there. Kenin is there and maybe Stephens can figure it out. . Achilles injuries are tough and Serena is no spring chicken and has a family and a life outside of tennis, so I see her unlikely to win another major and probably dropping out of the top 10 permanently in the next year..
