I don't think, I'm guaranteeing it if he's healthy.

 Zeglinski 29
 Evans 27
 Zeglinski 32/Evans 30
Evans 29 (would have been higher but was eased in early season after injury)
 Brogdon 31.4, Perrantes 29.9
 Perrantes 33.3, Brogdon 32.5
 Perrantes 32
 Perrantes 32
 Jerome 30 (Hall 32, Guy 32)
 Jerome 33.9 (Guy 35, Clark 26.8)
 Clark 37

So with the exception of 2013 when Evans' early season minutes dropped him under 30, one of the lead guards (and often 2 of the lead guards) have played 30+ since 2012. Clark is THE lead guard on this team. It's more likely that he plays off the ball when Beekman is on the floor for a few of those minutes than him coming off the floor.
