I think the article is a little misleading.

What I have seen from Paris and Stockholm tells the true story.

Paris restaurants/bars etc filled with smokers, no masks and little to no social distancing - its like covid wasn't around. Stockholm the complete opposite. Which country do you think (exclude the smoking) would the US mimic? It wouldn't be Sweden…..

Lockdowns are not the answer/solution but might be the only solution if people don't wear masks and/or dont practice social distance (yes I know the article says the Swedish people don't wear masks but you might need to wear one when you cant be 6-8ft apart). People have to understand and follow some guidelines as a society rather than a "me only" attitude..
