I know of couple of people in this space in Atlanta, and they say things

are still very bullish there, so who knows? But I certainly agree with you that things will be quite different one year from now than they were one year ago. I can't say whether it's net better or worse, but different. I think the winners will be people who provides clients with more individual spaces (as you point out), cleaner HVAC, more cleanable impervious surfaces, etc.
