Studies are showing that between 92% and 95% are wearing masks as directed
in most locations.
Meanwhile, the basic ~65% effectiveness of masks really hasn't changed since March (as more recent studies have continued to verify). So, the idea that you can make up the needed ground with the 5%-8% not doing a thing that has a 35% deficit baked in just doesn't pass mathematical muster.
Yes, everybody should wear masks, but that's at best, a quarter of the solution.
Time for Plan B folks.
