While juggling/bobbling the ball he’s ruled to have possessed it?
As I watch the replay in slow motion from the television broadcast, I see Poljan take three strides from the time the ball hits his hands until he is hit by the Louisville player. However, during all three strides the ball is clearly seen to be moving in mid-air, I.e., it does not appear to me that he has secured it. But if I understand your reply correctly, because he took multiple strides while juggling/bobbling ball that was enough to establish he had possession and thus it was ruled a fumble when he was hit.
