No, because UVa is testing randomly quite frequently, symptomatic or not.
That increases the denominator significantly. And, even if students have been exposed, many will beat it with their T-cells rapidly without ever producing significant levels of antibodies. So you'll never really know they "had" it. [Post edited by chicken at 11/17/2020 1:41PM]
