1963: They were pretty good while we were still wandering in the wilderness between the successes of Gueppe and Welsh
1993: Bowl game, but they were a top 15 team with two losses to top 5 teams (Miami and WVU). We were 7-5 and unranked
2005: Lost a close, early season game at BC when they had Matt Ryan and Mathias Kiwanuka and we were looking to replace a number of starters
2009: 8 win BC team edges UVA in C'ville 14-10. Hoos had lost to W&M that year and were 2 weeks away from learning about "The Guy in the Glass"
2010: Close loss at BC. Eagles were a bowl team, Hoos finished with 4 wins in London's first year
2017: AJ Dillon was coming into his own and we were in the midst of a Jekyll and Hyde season when Bronco was still getting established.

So not really excuses, just wanted to point we've just largely gotten bad breaks every time they've come up on our schedule
