Even with a RS year he would practicing in addition to the weight
training. Just because he is a RS doesnt mean NCAA gives him more hours to work. Mike Curtis can do the things with his weight and strength in season too, he has done it for other players in-season with no drop in their play. It is why he is the best.
He can quasi redshirt. What I mean is play against Towson and Southeast Central Downstate Maine.
Then sit against Duke.
Play against Wake.
