No way early season basketball games against a Towson or San Francisco would overshadow a November football game like this. If the VT football game was this week, as it has been on recent Thanksgiving weekends, maybe it would be different. But the basketball buzz seems sky high right now----and seemingly would be no matter how weak our opponents----and football, even with a huge conference game, looks to be in second place.
