Was watching the USWNT vs. Netherlands on DVR.

Regarding the corners, both teams spaced apart (reminiscent of the "corners" in field hockey--that's a trip how they do that with the defense gathered in the goal!), with the defense in front of the goal and the offense further out. The men's game has both teams jockeying for position and fully intermingled.
