soccer hotbeds. Dallas and New York are a start. I would say have one between SF/Sac area. Orange County is another good are. Either St. Louis or Chicago can service the Midwest. The DC area is also a strong place for soccer. Miami is a good place to penetrate the Latin influence in the area. Perhaps Denver for the Mountain region.

We have to incentivitize the MLS to make the financial commitment to their academies. Laws have to be changed.
