I should clarify, there really are only 2 National teams for kids that are fighting to play high D1. If you are a senior especially it seems the expectation is the National A team that fully travels (that Gelof played for.) So 6-7 teams only really help to develop FR/SOPHO kids that play 4 years there or kids looking to play D2/D3.

The reality is some kids that are high D1 commits sit the bench. It’s what it takes to win at that level.
