This is not MBB vs WBB..there’s enough debate regarding salaries overall


So let’s keep the ball on UVA WBB’s court. It’s easy money! Ask people who do it . You get a whole cast of supporting staff including 3 assistant coaches, an operations manager and a grad assistant.

Look at the results and show me where all the hard work is being put in...player development, recruiting?

There are many of us who get paid for what we do and say “ they pay me all this to do this!”.

Right now I’m praying that my company approaches me with a severance package! It’s easy money!
