they actually see somebody working hard. There are ACC coaches that aren’t concerned about UVA because they know the hustle it takes to make it happen.Most of the coaches have earned their stripes. They understand the effort and commitment it takes to build a program. They commit to developing relationships with AAU programs. They understand the importance of the HEAD COACH showing up at the high school game. They make sure they connect to the community at large. It’s a hustle until you get established. So coaches who know, hit the ground running once hired.
