Look at plenty of coaches in men's and women's that have failed spectacular
ly and get paid well.
No success does not mean no work.
She scouts, she coaches, she tries to develop, she recruits. She is putting in work just like she did at UT and just like other coaches do. She is just not successful and not every coach can be.
You are equating no success with no work, which is inaccurate. In-Laws know enough people in profession and they back this up.
