We've already had one player opt out for the year. If the entire team of 8 wanted to end this season, they could, but it would appear that they want to keep playing.

While I'm guessing Tina privately wants this season to end, it doesn't really align with anything she's said publicly concerning the virus, basketball, competing, winning, etc. so unless the girls want the season to end, she's stuck coaching.
