He was good until the end of the year


Something happened to that team as a whole around week 12-14 and they never recovered. It's not on Ben, Pittsburgh is one team that shows loyalty to QB's like Ben unlike Philly and Green Bay. I have not understood why they have not drafted a quality young QB especially these past few drafts where there were some good young guys available. Maybe they like what's in the pipeline already, but it doesn't seem good enough.

If they don't do it this year it won't matter how good their defense usually is or the OL, which is strange because they rarely invest high draft capitol on the OL, because they will be looking up from the bottom of their division. The Ravens, Browns, and Bengals have their young QB's of the future and the now despite the injury to Burrow as long as they don't rush his return he is a good one and capable of building a winning team around him.
