It'll take a few years for attrition to bring them back to the pack...


You have to remember...they weren't all that great for a decent while prior to his arrival. But even if you bring in an outstanding coach after he retires, that person still won't be Saban. You'll likely have a higher percentage of stud recruits simply say "well, Saban is gone, so maybe I'll consider another school more than I would have if Saban were there."
