Bronco is a good coach but I doubt if he could accomplish
anything close to what Saban has accomplished. CNS is focused on winning and that means recruiting players that can win at the highest level. He then builds an offense and defense around great players, again measuring success by wins and losses. IMO, it appears to me that Bronco has a system, process or philosophy that he fits players into and to some extent, success is measured by how much the player (and coaches) buy into the system. Winning is important to Bronco but he believes he can have a successful season with results like 2020. JMO
