No doubt but when he gets these guys and puts them in the booth


as coaches (not part of the staff) for a 1-2years before they get promoted, it allows them to get rolling with the program at Bama rather than the typical program that has to wait 1-2 or even 3 years to get into the groove of that program.

He has an eye for talent no doubt, but he has a built in advantage to bring these coaches into his program and help the program out. When you have a staff of 50 people that no other program has or can afford, I am sure there are 4-5 great coaches in there. Plus a lot of the coaches he brought into the program were cast aways and they would agree to doing whatever it takes to get back into the game
