Sadly, the growing number of vacant stores & closed restaurants contribute

to all that quiet. Small businesses have been hurt so badly. It's not just Downtown. Barracks Road has more empty stores than it has had in my memory, & the list in Stonefield is growing too. But yeah, spring & warmer weather are things to look foward to, regardless of what stores might be open or closed.
