Yeah, my wife and I got an email about this within the last week

We wont send our oldest to kindergarden until Fall of '22 but we have major concerns if they implement this. My kids will be going private.
For instance, one of the items states that if your child identifies themselves as male or female because of God the parents can be charged by CPS with neglect. They also state a teacher without consent from their parents can have a conversation with a child about their gender. Seems pretty over the top.
