Only if colleges will scale back their ever growing group of administrators

Who, like insurance gatekeepers to medical practices, cause the cost of the actual thing you are ACTUALLY there for (education, medical services) to surge with little value added for their existence.

But since everyone needs an "assistant dean in charge of . . . " now, there will probably be protests if any of the new deans are considered for staff alignments/reductions in the future. So critical operations will be cut (to most colleges/universities detriment) in the future in the face of the bubble bursting instead of the areas that led to the cost bloat.
