I'd be shocked if it wasn't in there at some level. CTB is definitely a


guy who knows what he is seeing out there, has a strong vision for what he wants out of his players in terms of mindset and consistency, he's a former player, and a concept/system type guy. All of that lends to old school thinking. However, he's also an intelligent person and not so old to be completely set in his ways, as we've seen our offense develop and add wrinkles over the years.
