Frankly if Simpson was a true 4.4 guy, he's probably not landing at UVA for what ultimately was a back up role at best and I trust the UVA coaches would have better utilized him. 4.4 speed guy is nice but not necessary. It'd take a low to mid 4.5 guy that can break tackles at the line of scrimmage over that. That guy doesn't need great top end speed to create 10-20 yard explosive plays that leads to scores if not move the chains.

Sucks that nobody had quite the day they expected or wanted to have, but hopefully they did enough to get an invite to a camp. At the end of the day that's the goal, getting a chance to compete for a job on the next level.
